Living under the new identity of Cassidy Livingston, she struggles to keep her investigative skills tucked away, especially after a body washes ashore. When local police bungle the murder investigation, she can’t resist stepping in. But Cassidy is supposed to be keeping a low profile. One wrong move could lead to both her discovery and her demise. I have discovered ambrosia! My husband bought some yogurt at Trader Joe’s for me, and it’s this French Village cream line yogurt, full fat. The cream actually rises to the top, so you have to mix it before scooping some out.
The full fat is not good for me, but OH MY GOSH IT TASTES SOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!! One cup is 170 calories, and I added half a cup of blueberries and a tablespoon or two of honey. It was FABULOUS! Move over, Dannon!!!!
I think I will try mixing it with chocolate. This stuff is so creamy and yummy, it would make wonderful frozen yogurt. Is full fat yogurt healthier for me than full fat ice cream? I think so, right?
I’m sure it’s better for me than a few chocolate chip cookies.

Also, just wanted to let you know I FINALLY got a post on my writing blog that isn't a CFBA book review. I'm struggling with discipline in writing, and would appreciate any comments/suggestions you might have on the subject. Feel free to leave a comment on the blog (I'd love for others to as well, since I don't get many people visiting my writing blog).
